Biennial $50 Fee

Beginning October 1, 2020, the U.S. District Court will collect its biennial $50 fee from all bar members (this includes U.S. Bankruptcy Court bar members).  The fee funds the Federal Pro Se Clinic and is waived for attorneys employed by the United States government and serving in a legal capacity for it.  The Bankruptcy Court is unable to process these payments.  To pay the fee, please visit the District Court's Attorney Services Portal.
