The Honorable Kimberley H. Tyson has been appointed Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2028. The Court extends its heartfelt thanks to the Honorable Michael E. Romero for his service as Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the past seven years. Chief Judge Romero’s term of service expires June 30, 2021.
